Welcome back to day 2 of our School's Out For Summer Blog Hop. If you just got here from Nadia's blog you are right on track. If you just started the hop here and would like to start from the top, hop on over to Jessica at The Creative Stamper.
For today's project I created a gift for my Son's teacher at school for the end of the year. This year I made it an autograph book for the kids to all sign. It's Elementry school so I don't think yearbooks are a really big thing. Not like High School and probably Jr. High. I used the YourStory Photo machine and the little books that came with it. This is the first time I've used the small YourStory and I have to say it worked wonderful.
I used Locker Talk Cartridge for all the cuts on the front and stamped the apple with the Peachy Keen Simple Sallies stamp set. Then I added some doodling in white to help it not blend in too much with the background.
Each page inside I put a strip of school themed paper and photo of each student. I left room next to there photo so they were able to write something to the teacher. (I did black out the students faces I think were supposed to I don't know, thought better safe than sorry.)
Well there are several more pages to the book but you get the idea. The inside is pretty plain but does it's job. She will always have something to remember the 4th Grade Class 2011.
I then mad an envelope out of ABC paper and tied a bow around it.
Thank you for looking now your off to visit Dobea's blog. If you get lost along the way here is a list of all the stops.

What an adorable idea, Sarah! I love how you included a picture of each student so the teacher will never forget their cute faces. My own child is grown and my grandkids are too old for something like this but I have nieces and nephews that it would work for. I'll have to remember it for when the time comes. Thanks for inspiring me.
