It's A Girl!

Happy Friday everyone!  Today I have a baby card to show you.  My girlfriend just had a baby girl.  I know what your thinking, "Why is the card blue"?  Well she absolutely hates pink.  She's not a girly girl herself and she said she wouldn't put her baby girl in pink.  So I thought why would I do a pink card.  I love the Nursery Tails Imagine Cartridge and I've been trying to use my imagine more lately.

The plaid background paper is from DCWV.
Card Size is 5 1/2x6 1/2
Giraffe is cut using the layer feature at size 5.25"
The It's A Girl sentiment was printed in blue from computer then punched with Fiscars Scallop Oval punch.
I then inked the edges with blue ink and
added a green ribbon with a bow.

I added a piece of light blue paper on the inside punched the corners and used another cut from Nursery Tails and stamped Congratulations.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to visit my Blog. I hope you enjoyed and that you come back again soon.

Thinking of you

I've done a similar card but I didn't do the envelope. On this card I changed things up a little. I then ran the envelope through the Imagine and printed the frog on the front of the evelope.

It's a girl card

I don't know what style of card this is maybe the gate card....I don't know anyhow I used the Nursery Tails Cart with the imagine. Did the pop dots on the little lamb and the little bird/branch. I then added stickles to all of the card to make it shine. I love my Imagine!!

Good Times

I used my Imagine with the Nursery Tails Cartridge for this LO. I downloaded the new update from Provocraft for the Imagine and it now allows for full sheet printing and this is what you get. I thought it turned out really nice. It's hard to see but I layered the butterflies and dragon flies and added some stickles to the flowers. The pink paper is also printed with the I. The good times was from the Wall Decor and more Cart filled green in the Imagine, printed and cut.

Thanks!

I know another card but the Imagine makes it so much fun oh and so easy. I haven't tried the Z- fold card before now. It's alot of fun and I will probably use this style for my Christmas card so that I can Add a photo. Anyhow, I used the Nursery Tails Cartridge for everything except the Thanks I used Beyond Birthdays. I used in in the Imagine and filled it with pink. It's hard to see in this photo but the thanks is all glittered up and there is little glitter on all the small pink background flowers

I haven't posted in so long wow. But let me tell you it's not because I haven't been doing anything I can assure you and can't wait to share it all. This is one of the cards I've made with the Imagine in the last couple of weeks. I used the Nursery Tails Cartridge for the Skunk, Pink background paper and the stripped strip. The hello I used the Wild Card cartridge in the I and filled it with green and printed it right onto the pink paper with the cut feature turned off. I then added stickles to the hello.

I made this card a couple of nights ago with the new Cricut Imagine. I had some glitter glue out last night for a different card and saw this card sitting there and next thing I knew I was sparkling this card all up. I really love what the imagine can do but with the added glitter I think it is amazing.

Here is my first card made with the Imagine. I couldn't believe how fast and easy it was to use. I am so impressed with everything this machine can do. I have done several more projects I will post soon.
This card was made with the Nursery Tails Cartridge. I did the layers option on the Turtle and the You are my sunshine. Then I glued a googly eye on the Turtle, punched the bottom and inked the edges. I think took a total of maybe 10 minutes and that's with me never using one before.
